Returns Policy
RETURNS OR LOST SHIPMENTS
We do not accept returns due to possible product degradation. If the shipment has been lost by the carrier (USPS) and it is not recovered, and the delivery confirmation report shows a non delivery then we will reship at no cost to the customer. However, if the shipment is claimed to be lost by the customer and the delivery confirmation shows delivered then our guarantee has been fulfilled and we will not resend free of charge.
If a product is missing from your order, please contact us immediately. Once the legitimacy of the claim is verified, we will send the missing item(s) to you. All orders are documented and photographed prior to shipping to avoid any fraudulent claims.
REFUNDS & CHARGEBACKS
We do not issue any refunds.
Chargebacks will not be tolerated due to our above policy for handling all issues. We will treat chargebacks as fraud and will pursue legal action if a chargeback is initiated to the full extent of the law.
